Floor Plans - Paint Color Selections - Custom Rug + Window Coverings - Furnishings - Art Hanging - Styling
An exceptional view came with a major overhaul. The new owners needed a lot of support to get this condo move-in ready. Having a trusted partner to walk through the to do list kicked us off. From duct cleaning, electrical updates, refinishing floors, custom carpets, painting, fabric selections, and crystal chandelier cleaning - we had a lot of work to do! Resulting in a stunning finished product where we retained all of their furniture and art with some custom updates to support the design.
The floor plan didn't support a focused media wall. It's now beautifully hidden inside their new media cabinet.
We developed a perfect floor plan with their existing furniture. Ample seating to enjoy the stunning view.
Custom drapery, sun shades, rug selection and table to support their existing art and furnishings.
The soft palette of this room needed contrast and color to ground the space. A hand selected rug of earthy blues and greens pulls the whole space together.
Subtle textured linen drapery with custom sun shades.
A new bed and color palette that brings elements of spring to each morning.
Custom carpet, 100% New Zealand Wool.
Deciding to keep the original wood paneling we needed to ground and balance the entryway with color and depth.
Removing dark wallpaper and adding custom wall moldings to support their existing art -made this entryway stairwell better than they could have imagined.
Paint perfection
We chose to keep the existing crystal chandelier. It wasn't their first choice, but with the design updates they have fallen in love!

We were able to purchase this stunning hand knotted rug from the previous owner. It's now cleaned and beautifully connects the two zone floor plan.
